What is your Privacy Policy?
Our privacy policy is very simple (no fine print to go through)... BoyzInBriefs will never sell, trade, give or reveal your email address to anyone. In other words, you will NEVER receive any email from anyone except BoyzInBriefs.com as a result of joining.


Pictures & Movies ::

Am I able to save the images and video clips onto my computer?
Yes. However, all BoyzInBriefs.com content is copyright by law and may not be used without permission.

Will the movies work on Netscape or on MAC systems?
Yes. Quicktime movies will play on most computer systems and browsers. BoyzInBriefs.com was "Made With Mac!"

I'm having trouble viewing the video clips or sometimes they stall when streaming. What am I doing wrong?
1. You need to have Quicktime installed to view the clips. It is the standard software for internet movies. Download it for free here, or get the latest version.
2. Stalling may be due to slow connections, a congested route from your computer to the sever or an increased demand on the web site. If you do experience these problems simply allow the player download the clip for a minute or so before viewing.

I am on a dial up connection, will I still be able to watch the movies?
Yes. We offer movies in medium quality streaming, so all can enjoy.

Are the movies or photo sets available to buy on CD or DVD?
Not at this time. If you are interested in purchasing our photo sets, please contact me.


Problems with Access::

What if my username and password aren't working?
1. First, make sure you are typing your username and password properly. They are case sensitive. Make sure you enter them exactly as you did when you signed up. Make sure your CAPS LOCK is not on.

2. Next, check to see that your membership is current and you are using the correct username and password. To check whether your subscription is active please go to the CCBill Customer Service Center. Your subscription may have been canceled due to a failed re bill.

What if I am receiving a message saying that my login has been locked?
1. The site is protected by iProtect against fraud and password hacking. If you have shared your password with anyone and they are using it, you will be blocked from the site.

2. If you have entered an incorrect login repeatedly, our security system will place a temporary block on your computer. This block will only last 3 hours. If this has happened it is probably because your login is incorrect.

What if I'm not seeing any new content?
I am making changes to BoyzInBriefs.com all the time. This may cause problems if your computer has kept a cached copy of some of the pages on your hard drive. In order to avert this problem try the following:

1. Netscape Navigator
• Attempt to RELOAD the problem page (Press the Reload Button)
• Clear your cache (both of them). You'll find this in your: Options -> Network Preferences -> Clear Cache

2. Internet Explorer
• Attempt to REFRESH the problem page
• Clear your temporary files (same as a cache). You will find this under: View -> Options -> Advanced -> Temporary Internet Files Settings ->Empty Folder
